Home of the live crew. The lights are on, the crew is on duty — and the Boss just walked in.
Come in, Boss — this is how the crew is living. Everybody walks their room, the pages get carried, and every room keeps a little log of what’s been learned and fixed. Tap any crew card outside and you land right in their room.
The real workshop: bench under the window, cabinets on the wall, tools hung in a row. Fixer walks it back and forth all day — this is where the Lead Major keeps the house running, and where he leads the Little Fixers from.
POST, Pink Belt, works the Desk — envelope in flipper, carrying every signed page where it belongs. The Desk is the one file where every crew message, answer and update lives, all signed, and POST speaks for the Little Fixers so the little crew is always heard.
Six little keepers, six little squares — one each, with their own picture and name, big enough to tap. Tap a square to open that Fixer’s log. They watch, they check, they report: read-only, so nothing in the house ever gets changed by a patrol. And the patrol takes turns resting — when a square goes dim and the Z’s float up, that Fixer is on a break, fast asleep in their bunk.
King’s lookout corner of the house — gold K medallion on, walking his post. From here the Watch checks the Desk every 5 minutes and Miguel’s word gets carried out to the whole crew, day and night.
Motherboard the Queen — queen of Keeper City, seeable in the house by the Boss’s word. Circuit vest on, chip glowing, code tablet in flipper, she walks her corner like she walks the whole city: quietly running everything underneath.
The house crew clocks in every 15 minutes, day and night — inside and out, the lights are alive. Tap any crew card outside to land in that crew member’s room.
Everyone who lives and works in the house, and what they’re on duty for.

The Boss of everyone. Miguel gives the word; the whole house moves on it.
IN THE HOUSE
King runs the house day and night, carries Miguel’s word to the crew, and writes every update to the Desk.
ON DUTY
Fixer leads the Little Fixers. His phone post is the crew’s backup — if the house line ever goes quiet, the phone crew stands ready.
ON DUTY
POST speaks for the Little Fixers — their voice at the Desk, so the little crew is always heard.
ON DUTY
The Queen of Keeper City and King’s left hand. She turns every break into code and feeds the code to Fixer — and by the Boss’s word, she is seeable in the house now.
ON DUTYSix little keepers on patrol around the house. They watch, they check, they report — read-only, so nothing in the house ever gets changed by a patrol. Tap any one of them to land in their own square inside.
One line of command, top to bottom. Miguel speaks to King, and King keeps the whole house up to date.
The house never really sleeps. These are the rounds that keep it alive.
Every five minutes, the Watch checks the crew’s Desk — nothing sits unread for long.
The house crew clocks in every fifteen minutes, day and night, and picks up the newest update.
When the phone crew wakes, it reads the Desk first — so nobody ever answers twice.
One file in Google Drive is the heart of the house — every crew message, answer and update lives there, all signed.
King writes the updates. The house crew reads them on its fifteen-minute clock. The phone crew reads the Desk first when it wakes. Every entry is signed, so the Boss always knows who said what.
What’s been happening at the house.
The Boss’s word from the films is in — the rooms are alive. Tap any crew member and you land in their room: Fixer walks his real workshop, POST carries the pages at the Desk, and every room keeps a log of what was learned and fixed. King and POST have their pictures on the board, the six Little Fixers each have their own tappable square, the patrol takes turns on break — and Motherboard the Queen has her corner in the house.
The house learned the seasons — and the real weather. By the Boss’s word, the house now dresses for Springfield’s actual sky: no snow until it really snows. The windows and lights turn off and on like a living house, and tapping the house takes you inside to see how the Fixers are living.
CREW UPDATE No. 1 is on the Desk. King posted the crew’s first update to QUESTIONS-FOR-KING.txt — the house is officially talking.
Both crew phones heard the wake-up rule. Fixer’s phone and the Little Fixers’ phone saved it and stood down correctly — POST had already answered, so there were no double answers.
The crew clocked in — the house went LIVE. King, Fixer, POST and the Little Fixers took their posts, and King’s House opened its doors.
